We’re seeking an Account Executive to execute marketing projects from start to finish. You’ll build strong client relationships and act as our subject matter expert on the projects you’re working on, keeping us all smart on your client’s industry and how their business operates.
What you’ll be doing:
You will juggle multiple digital marketing projects and workflows or processes with efficiency, working with global teams to ensure successful delivery
In meetings, you roll up your sleeves. You add to the ideas and build on them, helping to identify any obstacles including production logistics, client concerns or presentation theatre needs
With creative teams and strategists, you’re a source of inspiration. You’re up on the brand’s business model and target audience, adding context ideas to help solve the issues that keep them up at night
With clients, you’re a partner, building trusting relationships that are as friendly and personal as they are productive and solutions focused
With producers, you’re a facilitator. You’re learning their side of the process and are connecting the dots between deliverables, legal, etc.
Who we’re looking for:
A reliable team player and collaborator able to bring energy to the room, wrangle others together and keep our eyes on the prize with positivity and passion
A quick-thinking, detail-orientated and agile mindset able to respond to feedback or change a project’s course with grace and positivity
A willingness to do more than say ‘Yes’ or ‘No’, but instead challenge uncertainties, gain clarity, and deliver beyond expectations
A passion for fantastic creative work and understanding of communications/marketing strategy, able to articulate why you like an idea, or how it could be even better
Minimum 1-3 years of digital marketing agency experience (or client experience in an in-house marketing department), including articulate and enthusiastic presentation skills
Impeccable client relationship skills, experience working with high touch clients, and an ability to work under pressure
Skillful at managing up – when to seek help and raise a red flag
Experience working with marketing technology tools is a plus (including Google Analytics)
