Accounts Receivable/Billing Global Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly focused and organized full-time Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist to be part of our Accounting and Financial team who will be responsible for Order-to-Cash Processes.
Who we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in fields related to Account Receivable and/or Order-to-Cash Processes;
- Solid background in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel reports
- Previous Knowledge using Salesforce, NetSuite or other CRM is a plus
- English language, excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Time flexibility when working with global time zones differences to accommodate US and CA stakeholders’ inquiries
- Experience with international clients is highly required
- Good organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines;
- High attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy;
- Ability to interact/communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of staff and management;
- Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines (month, quarter and year closing);
- Strong problem comprehension and problem-solving skills;
- A reliable team player, top interpersonal skills;

What you’ll be doing:
- Become familiar with all internal and external processes, as well as services and rates within the Group;
- Focus on billing US, Canada, UK, Austria;
- Communicate with clients globally: US, Canada, UK, Austria;
- Work closely and proactively with the Project Managers and Finance team to review and validate monthly billable hours/revenue and ensure accurate client invoicing;
- Perform timely and accurate complex invoicing per contract/purchase orders with a detailed understanding of contractual language regarding pricing/invoicing requirements and customer’s preferred billing processes;
- Ensure client billing accounts are set up correctly and in accordance with contractual billing requirements;
- Issue invoices as per contract, planning and manager’s validation;
- Upload invoices to client portals and resolve any issues/rejections;
- Timely response to internal and external client inquiries/questions and escalate issues as needed to direct manager, project manager or other company management as needed;
- Perform and take responsibility over accounts receivable function;
- Take proactive measures and ensure payments for invoices are made timely and correctly;
- Establish effective & open lines of communication with clients’ financial/AP team so that company’s invoices are processed expeditiously;
- Troubleshoot client invoice related issues, such as: billing questions/problems, provide supporting documentation for billed expenses, etc.
- Create, run, build reports; Prepare various reports and analyses, as requested;
- Build budgeting reports for projects and keep updated records of them in SharePoint;
- Update billing reports and keep records of them in SharePoint;
- Analyze standard operating procedures as they relate to billing and identify areas for improvement;
- Meet deadlines as needed;
- Resolve any situations that may arise in the Order-to-Cash process;
- Other responsibilities within the billing/collection function as they may be assigned from time-to-time;
