We’re seeking an instinctive, articulate Content Strategist to join our rapidly growing global teams in Scotland, Romania, Vienna & Austria. You’ll have a passion for writing and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop insight-led content strategies and written material for a wide range of international clients.

You are able to translate research-led insights into value propositions, messaging pillars, and content strategies that deliver business impact for clients.
You have excellent copywriting skills and are able to communicate client offerings and campaign stories for a wide range of complex markets for both B2B and B2C companies.
You have the flexibility and agility to develop compelling content, from digital experiences and social media campaigns, to brand activations and web copy.
You are a team player and fierce collaborator who can also work independently
You are proactive and self-directed
You maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends
You can provide effective messaging with either precise instruction or creative freedom
What you’ll be doing:
Working with our brand strategy team to run client workshops, conduct voice of the customer interviews, do competitive analyses, and develop insight-led positioning strategies for our clients
Conducting content audits and developing content marketing strategies to help our customers optimize their existing content and identify any gaps or opportunities for new content
Managing the creation of written thought leadership, marketing materials (including web and landing pages) and sales enablement content
Conceiving, researching and executing content initiatives
Editing and proofreading long- and short-form copy, supporting junior team members with feedback
Working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
Presenting work internally and to clients
Successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, international environment
Demonstrating extreme attention to detail and process, even as project demands evolve
Taking ownership of projects and ensuring they meet agreed deadlines, and always to a market-leading standard
At least 2-4 years of content or brand strategy experience (online and traditional) in an agency, in-house or journalistic setting
Fluency in Microsoft Office/Apple software (Word, PowerPoint, Keynote)
Experience in SEO strategy and tactics, including using Google Analytics and other tools
University degree (undergraduate level or equivalent) in Communications, design or another creatively/culturally interesting field OR equivalent work experience
Real-world experience in a journalistic, creative or marketing related field. Experience in banking, technology, or life sciences industries is a plus.
Experience working in B2B or business marketing in complex categories
A well-rounded portfolio that reflects innovative, original copy and first-rate editorial skills
Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail, proofreading and process
