We’re seeking an instinctive, articulate Content Writer to join our rapidly growing global teams in Scotland, Romania, Vienna & Austria. You’ll have a passion for language and come with outstanding editorial writing capabilities, able to create clear, concise and engaging communications and marketing materials that embody and empower the voice of our international clients.

What you’ll be doing:
- Translating big creative ideas that cross channels, audiences and buyer stages into content that compels customers and prospects to take action
- Working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Helping to create and manage content marketing strategies – from the brand to individual campaign level
- Managing the creation of written thought leadership, marketing materials (including web and landing pages) and sales enablement content
- Consistently delivering viable breakthrough editorial/technical content
- Providing/presenting/collaborating on content strategy with colleagues
- Conceiving, researching and executing content initiatives
- Editing and proofreading long- and short-form copy, supporting junior team members with feedback
- Presenting work internally and to clients
- Successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, international environment
- Demonstrating extreme attention to detail and process, even as project demands evolve
- Taking ownership of projects and ensuring they meet agreed deadlines, and always to a market-leading standard
Qualifications:
- At least 2-4 years of content writing and/or content strategy experience (online and traditional) in an agency, in-house or journalistic setting
- Fluency in Microsoft Office/Apple software (Word, PowerPoint, Keynote)
- Experience in SEO strategy and tactics, including using Google Analytics and other tools
- University degree (undergraduate level or equivalent) in Communications, design or another creatively/culturally interesting field OR equivalent work experience
- Real-world experience in a journalistic, creative or marketing related field. Experience in banking, fintech, or life sciences is a plus.
- Experience working in B2B or business marketing in complex categories
- A well-rounded portfolio that reflects innovative, original copy and first-rate editorial skills
- Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail, proofreading and process
