We’re seeking a gifted, intuitive Graphic/Digital Designer to join our rapidly growing global teams in Greater Toronto Area or Brasov or Bucharest offices. You’ll be responsible for digital and print communications, helping expand our presence across Canada by delivering breakthrough design solutions for clients.
What you’ll be doing:
Showing the agility and flexibility to design everything from environmental signage to print ads and online banners, landing pages and emails to brochures and collateral or websites, social, mobile and video
Working collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment and successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrating a strong attention to detail and process, even as project demands evolve
Taking ownership of the projects assigned to you and ensuring they meet agreed deadlines, and always to a market-leading standard
Searching for best-fit photographers and sourcing imager
Who we’re looking for:
A committed team player who consistently delivers viable breakthrough designs
A passion for designing all kinds of marketing and advertising materials – from websites to PowerPoint presentations and posters, from digital ads to landing pages, emails or even t-shirts and branded apparel
An ability to produce high-quality, to spec, production-ready files for digital and traditional applications
A reliable contributor and owner of projects who meets deadlines and has the ability to prioritize multiple campaigns
A fun, easy-going personality and positive approach to work
A readiness to work independently and with initiative, as well as collaborate with others and take on feedback
Minimum 2-3 years of graphic/digital design experience in a creative, agency or in-house marketing environment
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite; fluency in Microsoft Office/Apple software (Word, PowerPoint, Keynote); 3D, video animation and HTML experience a huge plus
University degree (undergraduate level) in communications, design or another creatively or culturally interesting field and/or completion of an ad/design school program a big plus
Extreme attention to detail
UX design and/or video editing/animating skills a huge plus
