Senior Digital Designer

We’re seeking a gifted, intuitive Digital Designer to join our rapidly growing global teams in Romania and Scotland offices. You’ll be responsible for digital and print communications, helping expand our presence by delivering breakthrough design solutions for our clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• You will be responsible for showing agility and flexibility to design everything from wireframes and prototypes in varying levels of fidelity, landing pages, brand design and supporting assets like playbooks, brand books, emails, brochures, digital banners, social posts and videos
• Working collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment and successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrating a strong attention to detail and process, even as the project demands evolve
• Taking ownership of the projects assigned to you and ensuring they meet agreed deadlines, and always to a market-leading standard
• Searching for best-fit photographers and sourcing imagery
• Present and discuss ideas with peers, occasionally take part in pitches and provide creative and design input
• You will be reporting to and working closely with the Senior Director of Design.

Who we’re looking for:

• A committed team player who consistently delivers excellent design work as well as consistency with all the internal and external brand guidelines
• A passion for designing all kinds of marketing and advertising materials – from websites to PowerPoint presentations and posters, from digital ads to landing pages, emails or even t-shirts and branded apparel
• An ability to produce high-quality, to spec, production-ready files for digital and traditional applications
• A reliable contributor and owner of projects who meets deadlines and has the ability to prioritize multiple campaigns
• A fun, easy-going personality and positive approach to work
• A readiness to work independently and with initiative, as well as collaborate with others and take on feedback
