In house Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re seeking an In House Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in our office and support the continued growth of our global team. You’ll be on the front line, representing the agency as prospective team members begin their journey with us. From maintaining job boards and managing our applicant tracking systems to holding interviews, and working directly with hiring managers. You’ll be placing the best talent and playing a part in the growth of our team, and the direction of our agency.

What you’ll be doing:
Responsible for coordinating the end-to-end recruiting, interviewing and hiring process for candidates including screening CVs and profiles, representing the agency and interviewing candidates, and managing interviews/feedback alongside hiring managers
Collaborate with our senior leadership and cross-functional hiring managers to identify areas of need and help create strategic plans to meet hiring goals
Support our talent team through full life cycle recruiting processes
Leverage multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Best Jobs, eJobs, Facebook, etc.) to find talent
Maintain a strong, varied pool of resources and build lasting relationships with candidates
Conduct first-round interviews and schedule subsequent interviews with colleagues
Ensure accurate data to support hiring metrics
Qualifications & Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in human resources or recruiting and sourcing local and remote talent
Experience in building pipelines of talent from a diverse pool of candidates
Strong communication and relationship-building skills and experience working with candidates, sources and referral networks
Previous digital marketing agency experience a plus, as well as a willingness to jump in and learn from the best talent in the industry
Working with an international team is a plus
